SearchLifters ("we", "us") operates searchlifters.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect

Contact form data: name, email, website URL, platform, package interest, and your message.

Order and billing information: processed by Shopify when you purchase a package. We do not store your full payment card details — payment processing is handled by Shopify and its payment providers.

Project access you grant: if an engagement includes implementation or reporting, you may grant us access to tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads landing page data, or your CMS. We use this access only to deliver the work you purchased.

Site analytics: basic, aggregate usage data about visits to this website.
How we use information
- To review your pages, prepare proposals, and deliver purchased sprints.
- To communicate about your project, including intake, delivery, and follow-up.
- To operate this website and process orders.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not share client data except with the processors needed to run this service (e.g. Shopify for hosting and payments, our email provider for correspondence).
- We do not use your site data for anything other than your engagement.
Credentials and client site access
Any credentials or access you provide are used only for the agreed work, are not shared outside the engagement team, and are removed or revoked at the end of the engagement on request.
Data retention
We keep project files, reports, and correspondence for as long as needed to support your engagement and reasonable follow-up. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@searchlifters.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
